Understanding the treatment
Daily shaving, painful waxing, ingrown hairs, endless regrowth: conventional hair removal is a never-ending constraint. Laser hair removal offers a lasting alternative: the laser light targets the melanin in the hair and destroys the follicle, preventing regrowth.
At Nice Aesthetic Clinic, we work with the Clarity II, a latest-generation dual-wavelength laser. In practice, this means we can effectively and safely treat light skin as well as dark and deep skin tones, with session comfort optimised by built-in cooling.
Because hair can only be destroyed during its growth phase, several sessions spaced a few weeks apart are required. The exact protocol — number of sessions, settings, pace — is defined during a prior consultation, according to your skin type and hair growth.

It durably and very significantly reduces hair growth. A few fine hairs may remain or reappear over time (hormonal factors): occasional touch-ups are then enough. Results vary from patient to patient.
On average 6 to 10 sessions spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart, depending on the area, hair growth and skin type — as an indication, confirmed in consultation.
The sensation is similar to small warm tingles. The Clarity II's built-in cooling makes sessions well tolerated in most cases.
